The Well Coffee Morning, every Tuesday 10am–12noon, is an opportunity for people to have a coffee and chat in pleasant surroundings. People from the church are there serving and also engaging in friendly conversation. There is also a representative from the the Norwich Unemployed Support Trust on hand to give helpful Benefit Advice.

Local Missions Following a very well-supported Mission in Great Yarmouth in 2003, it is planned to have at least one Local Mission a year. They will be arranged in each Congregational area in turn, but draw support and expertise from across all the Congregations.

Wider Mission is also important to City Church. We already support works in Pakistan and India, and recent visits by Mark Watson to Romania and Malawi have opened up new possibilities. City Church is prayerfully concerned to do all it can to advance World Mission.

Invest is a giving programme within City Church. It is in its infancy, but it is a means whereby Church members can give specifically to support Church members.

Other Outreach Activities

Home Educators Group is a resource for families and children who are taught from home. It seeks to maximise the experiences of the children in a safe and exciting environment where they can benefit from activities (such as drama, PE, music, sign language) in a wider group setting. The group meets 10:30am–12:30pm every other Friday,  at City Christian Centre and is headed up by a cross-congregational team.

Wymondham Fun Day is a very successful annual fête held in the town of Wymondham, where City Church has a Congregation. City Church organises it as a service to bless the community.
